Terms and Conditions
Rockerlocker.co.uk is a trading name of Paragon Entertainment (UK) Ltd, a company registered in England, number 06322236. Our contact details can be found on our contact page.
Ordering & Delivery
We aim to despatch orders within 1 working day where goods are in stock. In the unlikely event that the goods you order are out of stock, we will send out the order to you when the goods become available. If we cannot source the item within 1 week of purchase, we will contact you to inform you.
Items Not Received
If you have not received your order within 3 weeks of us confirming your order as dispatched, please contact us so we can assist you. It may be that no one was available to accept your package, in which case it would be returned to your local holding office, awaiting collection. We always recommend giving your local holding office a call, as postmen do not always leave a card to inform you of this. If you do not collect your package from the holding office within the period specified by Royal Mail and it is returned to us uncollected, we will contact you to advise you of this. We reserve the right to charge up to £1.00 reshipping charge per item (Dependant upon item purchased, and up to a maximum of £6 per order) to cover the additional costs of re-posting to you. Proof of non-collection will be provided in this instance, upon request. We also advise customers to check the Royal Mail website, to ensure there isn’t any Industrial Strike Action that may affect the usual delivery time scale.
Royal Mail requires at least 15 working days (3 weeks) to pass before they will look into a delayed package. In the event an item becomes ‘lost’ in the post, we will not leave you out of pocket. At all times, our policy is to replace the lost order. We do not offer a refund in these circumstances, unless the product is no longer available. At all time, lost packages are registered with our Royal Mail account manager, who will assess the case, and investigate if they believe the package to be victim of theft, or if they suspect possible fraudulent claims of non-receipt.
Cancellation Of Order
You can cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched within 14 days of receipt (see return policy for full details).
Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please ensure you thoroughly inspect goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly with no faults. If you are unhappy with any item, please return them within 14 days in the exact condition it was received for a full refund less of any postage costs. Orders placed using the online system or via telephone to Rockerlocker.co.uk constitute an offer on behalf of the customer. Rockerlocker.co.uk staff will process the order taken, and if accepted, will contact (by email, telephone, or other suitable means) the customer to confirm acceptance on our behalf.
