Returns Policy
We have a 99.6% accuracy rating on order fulfilment – however, we are only human, and we do occasionally make mistakes, as does everyone. It’s because of this fundamental fact that we have set in place a full returns policy to assure you that, in addition to your statutory rights, you can return any goods that you aren't 100% happy with.
Our 14 Days No-Fuss Promise
Any item bought at Rockerlocker.co.uk can be returned within fourteen days of receipt for a refund or exchange. You can return your order if –

Simply return it to us at: Returns Dept, Rockerlocker.co.uk, 31a Westgate, Shipley, West Yorkshire, BD18 3QX and we'll sort out the exchange or refund. In all cases, a refund or exchange will not be granted until we have received the returned item. Please remember to also include your contact details, and/or order reference, otherwise we won’t know who we should be refunding.
In the interests of protecting the environment, we always recommend recycling packaging products - so providing the packaging is intact, recycle where possible!
After the 14 days has passed
After the 14 day returns period has passed, we cannot accept returns unless a manufacturing fault is present. 14 days is ample period to decide on returning a product, so if this period of time has passed and you wish to return your order for reasons other than a fault, you need to submit a request for return giving full & honest reasons. You will be informed within 48 hours whether we are able to accept the return or not. If we are able to accept the return, you will be asked to return the item within 7 days.
Manufacturers Faults
Unfortunately, Manufacturers Faults are always a possibility with any product. If your item has a fault, return it to the address above detailing the problem and we'll do our best to resolve it for you.
Exceptions to the Returns Policy
T-Shirts/Clothing - Sadly, we aren't able to accept returned clothing items that have visibly been worn &/or washed, unless a fault is present. We understand that purchasing the wrong size doesn’t usually become apparent until you have ‘tried on’ the item in question, but there is a distinct difference between trying an item on, and wearing it for a period of time. We are also unwilling to accept items back that (in our opinion) have been deliberately damaged or have been subject to excessive wear and tear. All returned clothing items must be in un-worn condition, as it was received, and should be returned with the original packaging. In any case where we find that items have been returned, against this policy, evidentiary photo’s will be taken for our file, and the product returned back to you with covering letter explaining why we have refused the return. At all times our decision is final.
Shipping/Restocking Charges
When a customer exchanges an item due to incorrect size purchased/different style preferred, we reserve the right to charge up to £1.00 reshipping charge per item (Dependant upon item purchased, and up to a maximum of £6 per order) to cover the additional costs of posting the replacement item. Unlike other companies, we do not charge a ‘Restocking’ fee.
